Terms of Service
Effective October 16, 2026
This version was replaced on October 27, 2026. Read the current version.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Encribe L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("Encribe", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your use of Solbend, including the website at solbend.com and the analysis service it provides (together, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service analyzes the Solidity smart contracts in the code repositories you connect. It attempts to prove that they are free of harmful reentrancy, reports what it could not prove, and may describe a possible attack. It also provides proof files that you can check independently.
2. Eligibility and Your Account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You sign in with a GitHub or GitLab account, and you are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account. You may only connect repositories that you own or are authorized to have analyzed.
3. Plans, Fees and Payment
Starter. Every account starts on the Starter plan. Scans of the demo repository are free. Other scans must be paid for in advance as scan credits, and each scan of the default branch of a public repository uses $99 in credits. If a scan fails, those credits are returned to you.
Professional. The Professional plan is a monthly subscription with one seat for each repository on it, and each seat costs the monthly price shown when you subscribe. Your billing month starts on the day you subscribe, and all seats renew together on that day each month.
- Adding a repository. If you have a seat that is paid for this billing month but not in use, the repository takes that seat at no extra charge. Otherwise a new seat is added, and you are charged at once for the days left in the current billing month, less any credit on your account. If that payment fails, the seat is not added. From the next renewal, the seat is charged at the full monthly price.
- Removing a repository. Its seat is removed at once, and the days left in the current billing month for that seat are credited to your account. The credit is used toward your next payments, such as a repository you add later or your next renewal, and is never paid out. This does not apply to your last repository, see Cancelling.
- Cancelling. You may cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the billing month and is then not renewed. Removing your last repository cancels the plan in the same way, with no credit, unless you add a repository before the month ends. Credit left on your account is kept for a later subscription.
For example, if you subscribe on the 1st with one repository and add a second on the 16th, you pay about half the monthly price for the second seat on the 16th, and the full price for both seats on the next 1st. If you have two repositories and remove one on the 16th, about half the monthly price is credited, and your next renewal costs that much less.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable, including for used scan credits and partial months. Credit for a removed repository is applied only to later payments.
4. Your Code
You keep all rights in your code. You allow us to access, copy and process it only as needed to provide the Service to you, such as running your scans and storing your results. We will not sell your code or use it to train machine learning models.
5. Results Are Not a Guarantee
Results are produced by automated analysis and are valid only under the assumptions stated with them. They are not a security audit and are not legal, financial or investment advice. A result can be wrong. The Service may miss a vulnerability, including in a contract it reports as proven safe, and it may report a problem that does not exist. You remain responsible for reviewing your contracts before you deploy them or rely on them.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not attack, overload or disrupt the Service, try to get around its limits or security, or use it to test contracts that you are not authorized to test. You are responsible for how you use the Service and its results, and you agree to cover any claim, loss or cost we incur because you used them in breach of these Terms or the law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and its results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and including that the Service will be free of errors, that its results will be accurate or complete, or that it will find every vulnerability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, any loss caused by an exploit, or any indirect loss. Nor are we liable for any loss arising from a vulnerability the Service did not find, from a result that was wrong, from decisions made on the basis of its results, or from how anyone else uses the Service or its results. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may change the Service and these Terms. Each version of these Terms is dated, and every earlier version stays available on this page. If we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue to use the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
